We are an online retail business, and operate under the Consumer rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations. In using our site and placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions, as detailed within our terms and conditions and related sections. An order is only considered to have been placed when payment has been made.

 

Variances:

It is important to note that our products are handcrafted and made in small batches. Most are made to order. Due to the use of raw materials which are naturally derived, there may be variations between product batches and across orders. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.

 

Personalisation:

We offer an option to include a personal message with your order. If you require personalisation of your order, please select the option available on the checkout page. If you have not been able to complete this prior to placing your order, please kindly contact us, to advise us of your request, and we will do our best to facilitate. If any additional payments are required, we will contact you to arrange for payment to be made.
